So I'm not going mad...£350 million is what the unicorn keeps saying!

Can you also help out on the new trade deals it maintains are 'ours for the taking'?

Problem is to get there you have to go through Brexshit land first.

Blue passports only and no 'foreign lingo' allowed apparently

Abbot seems to be getting fatter and more grotesque with each passing year. Shame she cant choke on her own self importance, cake might do the trick though.

I just love the vitriolic responses that perfectly normal statements illicit on ythis forum. A never ending source of entertainment.

it’s good when governments admit they screwed up and try to fix it. I liked that about Blair’s government too. Judge them on what they do now.

Or even say it was not their fault. Ministers are denying any knowledge of destroying the landing cards, even though managers were warned it would make it harder for people like the "Windrush" generation to prove their eligibility.
Labour has accused the Home Office - which was run at the time by Theresa May - of getting rid of "the very records that could have demonstrated their right to remain".
It said the decision to "dispose of" the cards had been an "operational" one, taken by officials at the UK Border Agency, rather than then-Home Secretary Mrs May.

Is that denial or incompetence?

Thanks God some sense was apparent at another of TM's ideas. It demonstrates her attitude towards anyone who is slightly suspect of being an illegal immigrant. Some children of the "Windrush" generation still cannot determine their eligibility to remain.
We revealed in 2016 that the now prime minister had even wanted at one stage to put the children of illegal immigrants at the bottom of the list for school places, but push back in Cabinet stopped that idea.

Bullsh*t post.
Sadly the real Bullsh*t is this: https://www.theguardian.com/politic...ario-will-leave-britain-worse-off-study-finds

"Each of the government’s four Brexit scenarios, including a bespoke deal, would leave Britain poorer and cost the taxpayer hundreds of millions of pounds each week, analysis has shown...
Theresa May’s preferred bespoke deal would cost £615m a week"

Now it's been a while since I did maths, so maybe you could you tell me what £350 million minus £615 million comes to?

Or more accurately deliberately planned!

Our family has first hand knowledge that it is happening to not only the 'windrush generation', but now to other peoples in order to hit the immigration targets that the racists / xenophobes believe will give them a better life in 'brexshit land'!

What started as a camoron/mayhem ploy to keep ukip at bay (and the nasty party in power) is causing severe consequences for millions of lives!

Mismanaging the process of granting citizenship to people who have a right to be here is one thing. Given an illegal immigrant is someone by definition who should soon be leaving the country as a family unit, can someone explain why their children should have higher priority than other peoples children?

Nobody said there was a policy to deny their children a school place, but a policy to ensure everyone else's kids were prioritised above them. Remember we aren't talking about asylum seekers, refugees, people who have been messed up by the system etc. We are talking about people who have no right to be here. I know that is not the child's fault, but why should they be given a school place at the exclusion of someone who has a right to be here?
