Another spur question

Actually, I suppose it's not.

I always tend to think of radials as only having full size branches, not reduced size spurs.

Could I clutch the straw of 134.1.1 and say that I don't believe mixing cable sizes on a circuit without good reason is poor workmanship?... :confused:
