Are new eaves support trays enough to fix the problem with this new roof?

My then-boyfriend had a builder make a complete ass job of a replacement roof once upon a time. Going to court was a bit of a waste of time as when he lost the builder just shut down and started anew the next week, so no money was forthcoming but it did mean that he couldn't chase for what he was still owed (half the price of the job). This was then paid to a great roofer who didn't charge as much because the materials were already bought and up there

Might not be so bad in your case either, and if you do decide to get it re-done a lot of your materials could be salvageable too
