Why was a refugee from Birmingham in the Jungle?

The father has obviously recently sneaked into the country on the axles of a lorry, etc. Gullible lefties and publicity seeking fading 'celebrities' are now helping the rest of his family enter the country to clutter up public housing and leach off of the welfare state. Isn't there some human rights boll0x that entitles them to a family life, even if they are illegals who have destroyed their papers?

The only refugees from Brum, are the indigenous residents who are now part of the 'white flight' if they have any sense. Possibly escaped to rural Shropshire, Staffs, Worcestershire, etc, etc.
