Are they taking the ***s ?

You like the death penalty but ignore the inevitable mistakes in sentencing that would result in innocent people being killed. When confronted by this you claim you'd only do it when there was no possibility of a mistake, which doesn't match your occasional braying for lynch mobs.

It's boring.
But those that were found out to be not guilty afterwards would be compensated I'm sure, hey Trans.

Not much use when you're dead though

But if they were not guilty they would not have been executed and if wrongfully imprisoned correctly compensated

Any one that was responsible for jailing them would be investigated and potentially charged with negligence and they would be banged up

Same goes for those on parole boards release some one early and get it wrong they would be banged up for negligence

I would not mind wagering that you and others who
Are against the death penalty hope ? Or would like ? The said child murderer to have a rough time in prison ?? Hmmmm

Yes exactly ;)
No, for many reasons.

In short it's utterly stupid to make prison hell as it makes anyone there, guards as well as prisoners worse.

Also, this entire thread it about someone who convicted as a child rapist, despite being innocent. Going off on another torture porn fantasy about people being brutalised in prison is really ironic.

That's the point though.

He was found guilty. Too late afterwards

No doubt trans would have bumped this child killer off. No one would have known the truth, so no problem.

No
Because they were innocent

You can now make the case for the innocence and wrongful conviction of the two blokes who killed lee rigby ??? Who was beheaded in broad day light on the street ?

You can also make the case for the innocence and wrongful conviction of the bloke who murdered Joe cox ?

But they were initially found guilty.

That's what you keep ignoring.

Nobody supports murder or even violence.

Not for the 20 years they spent in jail, she was jailed for killing 4 of her children. 28 days after her conviction you would have bumped her off.

There are conspiracy theorists and tinfoil hatters who claim both were fake. "More historical evidence of how the MSM and political globalist elite FAKE major news events operation Gladio style to try to swing elections. In this case the alleged death of Jo Cox swung the result about 5 points in favour of Remain (but thankfully not enough to win the referendum)."

They are of course wrong.

er no noseall do,try to stop telling porkie pies difficult as they may be for you ;)

but yep the bloke who battered a 10 month old baby to death would have been lucky to survive 28 days after the verdict

if I was not in a good mood he would have been dragged out the back and dispatched 28 mins after the verdict
You do talk a load of utter lobbocks.
You can't have it all ways.
You profess to absolutely detest "dire ear a Stan".
Yet you support instant justice?
Then you say
but I suppose this is the UK not dire ear a stan so we need some standards ?????????? :giggle:

Lynchings ?? This is the UK not dire ear a Stan

So, if this is the UK (and last time I looked, it was) stop banging on about instant justice.

As for standards, you have none.
