Asbestos boiler flue and warm air duct

Let me start this by saying there will be an asbestos survey before we move in.

We're sale agreed on a early 60s built that had a boiler house built on at an unknown date, wasn't standard on the terrace so neighbours haven't had the same experience.
The surveyor is confident the roof sheet is asbestos and suspects the metal flue has some aswell. Obviously not ideal, we're intending to get rid of the boiler house, and with it being external white asbestos hoping it shouldn't cause too much.

What's worrying is the warm air ducts. There's a now disconnected duct from the boiler to two rooms, coming out from the vents show.

Anyone know if these were typically insulated back in the day? And the likelihood of that coating circled in blue being asbestos?

All opinions welcome but not binding

Asbestos appears everywhere so can't say without looking.
Just get it all removed.
