My bro used to live in one of the bad areas of Bradford: there were a couple of occasions where none of the white occupants left the house for a few days because of tensions in the area. Car torchings, the lot.

It's daft, really. People play the race card far too often and then it all escalates. For example in Bradford: my brother was once assaulted by some white guys. It was a very nasty and upsetting experience for him but was treated as any other assault. However the "tensions" in Bradford were often caused because an asian lad started a fight with a white lad and lost... what was the white guy meant to do? Say "Well, I better let you beat me up in the name of racial harmony and public calm!"

People are too obsessed with colour and background. I used to work in a scientific laboratory. Amongst other things, testing colours was part of my job. If I was to say the-colour-of-an-Anglo-Saxon's skin was white, I would've got the sack.

He grows vegetables: the supermarkets say they will only pay him say 10p per tomato. A born-and-bred English wants 9p to pick a tomato, the migrant accepts 5p. That's why cheapest isn't always best, you get what you pay for.

Plus didn't this country accept lots of migrant workers in the 50s and 60s 'cus no-one born here would clean toilets etc etc? New "Labour" weren't around then.

And as for Muslims, most are perfectly nice people. It's always the minority who spoil it for the rest of them isn't it? Some people view Christianity by what used to go on in N. Ireland. Some people think all "white" women are sexually available because of what they wear and what they see them behaving like in movies.
