Hi all.
This boiler is 11.5 months old, I registered it so Warranty is OK...is it not?
Anyway, all fine until lunchtime today. It stopped altogether. There are no neon lights at all on the facia.
There is power getting to the fused spur, and the 3 amp fuse in there is OK.
Pressure is fine at 1.3 bar and there are no leaks at all in the system.
Gas is OK to the house, cooker works.
Obviously no pilot light.
I believe there are further fuses inside the white PCB box, but I'm not opening that in case it ruins any warranty. If a fuse breaks, something caused it to do so anyway, and that is what I want your opinion on.
The settings I use on the two thermostat knobs are less than half way.
We use the room stat to control CH on or off.
There is no power at the boiler, even the timer clock has stopped.
The booklet indicates that the PCB must be changed (If all power is there but no neons), is that your collective opinion?
