Baxi platinum 33 losing pressure heating only?

I was serviced annually for 6 years but not for the last two as there never seemed to be anything got done on the service other than what is in the manual that came with the boiler, I cleaned the condensate filter last year but no ones looked at the pressure so ill have a good read of the link that was posted. thanks.

Are all PRV's ruined once they crack open or can they be re sealed?

some will re seal but sort you expansion vessel first then decide
