BBC funding cut by £2 billion.

Being biased is not being truthful. A news channel is meant to be neutral.
Brexit is a huge pile of poo, causing massive damage in a whole range of sectors.

that’s a fact.

telling facts is not biased.

Clearly you are arguing the BBC have not been telling the truth - for instance why haven’t they been reporting the massive queues of lorries in Dover and Calais since 1st Jan?

why aren’t the BBC pointing out the complete failure of GVMS that is causing it and the rules imposed by Brexit causing it?

That's because educated people tend not to be Brexiteers.
And no-one wants an uneducated person misreading the news, or messing up important interviews, or ending up in the wrong place to report the news from far-flung places.

Was he asked if it was a question in the interview process, and would it matter? And if it did, the interview process would have to have a whole range of questions covering a diverse range of issues, some of which may not have materialised yet.
And since when has Brexit been a strictly left- right issue?

I'd think the BBC was a run by a woke unionised socialist charity from 1970, paid for by Putin
It's rather funny when people argue that the best person for the job should be employed for a role, and when they are, the employer is criticised for being woke.
In my experience highly educated immigrants and their descendants tend to have a far better understanding of global affairs.
If the workforce is over-represented by any one ethnicity 'group-think' sets in, as identified by the BBC Chief, and the corporation poorly serves its customers.

Btw, the BBC is supposed to be independent and impartial.
Britain is a multi-cultural and multi-layered society.
There isn't a simplistic view of society that does it justice. If you think of all the types of marginalised minorities there are in UK, you will see that it would be impossible to employ just one person from each group. The BBC does its best to represent the more populous groups, such as various ethnicities, disabled, LGBT+, single parents, old, carers, those in poor health, etc.
I suspect that more or less everyone could potentially be in some 'minority' or other.
An independent arbiter of a balanced view simply could not exist, because every view will appear biased for one group or another.

The government are doing their best to control the BBC so only lies are told.

that’s why they tried to shoehorn Charles Moore in BBC top job

and Paul Dacre into head of Ofcom.

the govt are sh1tscared of the truth coming out that’s why they spend their time wrecking democracy.

Why do you think they want to get rid of judicial review.
You're sounding more like Dork Lard/Brigade 77/ Dork Lard@rse every day. Always a conspiracy but only you know the real truth eh?

Dominic Cummings wrote an article where he talked about recruitment for his think tank being completely unbiased, and they used a number of external companies to ensure it was, as they want to ensure they got the best people for the job, regardless of their background or political beliefs.

About 1% of those hired were brexiteers

Yes, the deal is so bad that the Irish, the French and every other European country with a vested interest in fishing is up in arms about the deal. If the deal is so bad for the UK why are French fishermen blockading ports in protest, it doesn't make sense.
The French were protesting about UK (Channel Ils) not keeping to the Agreement.
It's already been done to death on here.

I was working next to a farm in the autumn where eastern european workers were picking cabbages, thousands were left unpicked for either being too small or not of the quality required by the buying supermarket. Make no mistake though, there were plenty of european pickers, and plenty of unpicked veg for the reasons I outlined. A Guardian journalist would have a field day with that and thick people like yourself would lap it up.
How many did you speak to ascertain how come they were still here?
It's normal for some unsuitable/unripe/misshapen/ etc produce to be left as green manure, to be ploughed in.

Boris Johnson recruited the opposite way, and got the opposite results.

Boris did not apologise etc. The truth of the matter is that Boris made a genuine mistake, it was his garden and he thought they were having their usal Friday business meetings with alchol invloved and as soon as he noted this, he and his wife left having manged to thank them for their hard work.
The truth behind the story, it's a witch hunt against Boris, ROFL
As the Boss, when he realised they were having a social, and he should have realised it was against the rules, he should have stopped it, in its tracks.
To ignore it, or even allow it to continue unimpeded, he condoned the event.
If it's a work event, isn't it covered by H&S? And don't we all have a duty to prevent or rectify unsafe working conditions?

Why then during the days up to Brexit, they did not have any news or interviews supporting Brexit?

they had farage on question time over 30 times

they have had numerous pro brexit campaigners on before and after the referendum

they certainly did have interviews supporting brexit

And there's you banging on about woke this, woke that but automatically assuming that the majority of Brexiteers are uneducated but that remainers are. I suggest you STFU with your wokeism crusade.

I'd better not respond to your obvious trolling, else my comment will be deleted and called trolling, and I'll be denied the ability to post in this thread.
