But the system still pays out benefits till 115 years old how many of those millions were still alive ? and that default age only changed to 115 in 2015

There was a chap in Ireland whose son (nephew?) allegedly propped up his dead body in a wheelchair to claim his benefits at the local post office. But I believe he may have technically been alive at the relevant moment. So I suppose its possible for a 150 year old to claim
