The best I can do is point out that you are still pushing fifty - even if it's from the wrong end! Be positive. Age does have some advantages:
1) You can remember the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and the original Status Quo.
2) You can tell all your children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews how you lived through the greatest decade in history - of only you could remember it!
3) Sex lasts longer.
4) Your boss has given up trying to screw extra work out of you.
4) You can start thinking about early retirement.
5) You can stop worrying about what people think of you - because nobody's thinking of you at all.
