They are using the site to promote their dodgy "sales" desk above that of the legitimate one. Google etc. work on volume. If the world tells you that the best place to get cheap airline tickets is 1-800 I'm a scammer, then it gets promoted. They also hope someone will call them so they can "sell" them a flight... or lifetime Microsoft support.
