Boohoo hoo

I watched film footage about these so called sweat shops, some of those who were being interviewed were white, so it isn't really a BLM issue.

It's slavery.... Colour has nothing to do with it

who are the people working for £3.50

From what I understand its Asian and white English.
Some are illegal immigrants.

Let's make no bones. R
Taking inflation into account from the black slave trade to today... Its slavery and exploitation.

How much does a Warehouse Worker make at boohoo.com in the United Kingdom?
Average boohoo.com Warehouse Worker yearly pay in the United Kingdom is approximately £15,655, which is 11% below the national average.

UK Minimum wage
£15,000 per annum works out to about £8.00 per hour.

And slaves are not paid a wage.

I think you're trying to make an issue out of nothing. I can't think why.

if most of the workers we're talking about are in the garment workshops, many of them subcontracted, why did you choose to focus on warehouse workers?

Because I couldn't find any information about the wages of those working in garment workshops. There was nothing mentioned in the link provided by Bodd initially.

I have now found the Sunday Times article. It is not Boohoo that was paying te low wages, but a subcontracted firm supplying clothes to Boohoo.
Boohoo have cut ties with that company.

Boohoo said the factory in the Sunday Times report had been subcontracted by one of its suppliers. It has now cut ties with this supplier, and said it will invest £10 million ($12.6 million) "to eradicate supply chain malpractice."

It's amazing how they sever ties

After they've been exposed.

...
They may have cut ties when they became aware of the low wages.
The Business Insider article was dated the 4th, the Sunday Times expose was dated the 5th.

Perhaps someone could tell Bodd.

Boohoo support BLM.
Boohoo ... stand by BLM...

“For example, it’s important to them that there is social justice for black victims of police brutality, ...

BooHoo stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. Our decision to employ literal slavery in our warehouses is about reminding everyone how terrible the legacy of slavery has been for black people across the Western world.”

But they are happy to support modern slavery.... Colour does not matter. All lives matter
It isn't slavery. It doesn't come close to slavery.
The workers are not owned, they're not captured, and transported thousands of miles, some dying on the way, including children. They're not beaten, abused, lynched, hunted if they try to escape. They're not trafficked. They're not sold. They're not forced to work. They're not children.
They're free to leave. They can withdraw their labour. They can complain to higher authorities. They're paid. They go home at night. They're well fed, and free. They can participate in society's activities. They can take time off when they're ill.

And you can speak for those who are not working or in this country legally?

I thought you were a good lefty and cared for people. I'm even more confused now as to what a racist really is.

And you can speak for those who are not working or in this country legally?
Why do you ask if I can speak for those not working, or in this country legally?
It has nothing to do with the subcontractor of Boohoo paying their workers low wages.
It's completely irrelevant.

I'm even more confused now as to what a racist really is.
That's because you can't distinguish between a subcontractor of Boohoo paying their workers low wages, and the BLM, or prejudice, or discrimination, or institutional racism.
The former has nothing to do with the other issues.
You've just tried to conflate the one issue with other unrelated issues. I wonder why.
If you're really confused, I suggest you start by looking up the definitions in a dictionary.
