There is no doubt that what his lot have managed to do will change the UK. However Boris?

It shows signs of people not understanding how the cabinet works. It and various bureaucrats (civil servants that may get knighted) discuss subjects. The prime minister summarises and they reach some conclusion. It's a consensus or should be. Mrs T was know to bend the summary at times but they mostly rely on their available experts. All cabinet members have experts behind them.
