Funny, isn't it, how these people bang on about an unelected body of people who have a say in the UK's way of life when those people are foreigners, but never do the same about unelected bodies of UK people who have a say in the UK's way of life.

It's almost as if it's not the fact of an unelected body having a say that's the problem, it's the being a body containing foreigners that they hate.

Following the last few posts, I think it is now safe to assume that even if the Leave campaign promised that we would all be much worse off, that a plague would descend on UK, that the NHS would collapse, that government and industry would scarper abroad, the diehard quitters would still vote for Brexit!

I think another vote, although now too late, would've been a good idea. This time at least people would've seen what they were voting for and how it would impact each other. Before that, this situation was unknown and the campaigns full of fibs and guesswork.

It's not about getting the result they want to hear, it's about doing the right for everyone. If then it was still a leave vote, then people would've been more informed.
