Britain waives the Rules - Reneging on the WA?

Looks like he has though.(y)
Looks like no such thing. Boris hasn't published the proposed legislation let alone had it approved or seen what the EU says in retaliation.

You Brexiters are a bit trigger happy aren't you.

No deal -no WA, it's quite simple really.
It's really not. The WA covers what happens in the event of no deal. We've already signed the Withdrawal agreement. How do you not know this?

Feeling nervous Leo?

Feeling nervous, Leo? Varadkar and Martin TERRIFIED by no deal - 'Bet on Remain and LOST!'
IRELAND's Taoiseach Micheal Martin and predecessor Leo Varadkar are "extremely nervous" at the possibility of the UK leaving the EU without a deal in place with talks set to resume this week, a former diplomat has said.

And Ray Bassett - who believes Dublin in the past had "bet on Remain and lost" - said Ireland's troubles were summed up by the fiasco over Phil Hogan's forced resignation as EU trade commissioner, agreeing with Mr Varadkar's assessment it was now extremely unlikely the country would retain the influential portfolio once his successor is appointed. UK negotiator David Frost and EU counterpart Michel Barnier are due to meet in London this week, with Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab calling it a "moment of reckoning."

Mr Frost yesterday warned Brussels the UK was not afraid to walk away if an agreement which includes commitments to key issues including fishing rights and state aid cannot be struck, while Prime Minister Boris Johnson is reportedly turning the screw by threatening to tear up sections of the Withdrawal Agreement relating to the Northern Ireland protocol.

No deal -no WA, it's quite simple really.

the withdrawal Agreement is an international treaty, it has already been agreed and ratified into domestic law, by EU and it stands alone as an international treaty. If UK put through new legislation to make domestic changes, the WA as originally signed still stands in international law, EU could take UK to international court

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said honouring the Withdrawal Agreement signed last year is a “prerequisite” for a free-trade agreement.

Exactly, no trade agreement - no WA

I bet they don't though.(y)

In the event of no agreement being reached there will also by definition be no agreement over the interpretation of the WA,

But the WA is separate to the deal and not dependent on the deal if we agree to one or not.
