I absolutely would not claim any sole credit for any change in attitudes, on this forum or any other. There has been a chorus of voices speaking out against all forms of bigotry, and the mods have been much firmer and fairer. Your voice is included occasionally. Which is why it is so disappointing that you now have attempted to sabotage the thread about the valid and important discussion about the definition of racism, just because your cohorts were backpedaling.
As I said, in your case, the message was less important than the messenger.
Apart from that, your very first and highly deceitful comment on rejoining the forum was a personal attack on me, barely a minute after you rejoined. So it is beyond credulity if you admitted to any evidence of a change in attitudes, because I suggested there might be. Even you adding your voice occasionally to those speaking out against racism is indicative of that change in attitude.

There has been a gradual change in attitude, and as I said, it is because of the chorus of voices speaking out against racism, and the mods for their much firmer moderation. How much of that moderation is brought about by legislation and/or commercial pressure, I would not hazard a guess.
Although I will repeat what I have said before, there is no room for complacency and we have much further to go in combating racism and all other forms of bigotry.
