He was reporting on the sentencing, he states this in the video. The trial was over by that point and the court was awaiting the jury's verdict... So he cannot be accused of contempt or trying to affect the outcome of the trial. The judge is outright lying.

I should imagine because the verdict had not been decided by the jury that they could still be swayed. That's the whole point of media blackout, to get people inside the court to listen to facts only and not the rantings of a man, nor any media bias so they can judge on facts alone.... So I would think the judge wasn't lying.

Sometimes juries take longer to consider, it could've run over to the next day or two, anything can change, so Tommy was an idiot to report until it was over. No media until the court has reached it's verdict.

Hold on. Listen to what you're saying. How would Tommy have know if the case is still on going ? AGAIN, how did Tommy sway the jury from outside the building? You have no experience of jury duty clearly.
