Buffer Sizing

I have exactly same problem
I am have installed a 300lt dhw cylinder and going to add a buffer
to run 15 allumium radiators say a composite of 15 x 10 section
approx 18 kw
Would be grateful if someone could give me an idea what size buffer
would run those radiators for 15min every hour
please help
