Builder chasing waste pipe into exterior wall reg compliant?

Thanks for that. I've got the details below .

I just measured and as you suggest the wall is c215mm wide. The pipe is 50mm and reduces down to 40mm. pst the junction with the basin sink. There is scope to have more of a drop in it than can be seen currently . Though, I am concerned with it running so deep in the wall for so long.

I will riase my concerns on monday and ask for it to be taken out of the wall, the wall made good and the pipe work boxed in.

I can see why boxing would be preferable but I was hoping it could just run under the floorbaord and out lower than the current exit point. Wan't expecting half the wall the come out!

Thanks the advice :)

2C30 Chases:
a. vertical chases should not be deeper than 1/3
of the wall thickness or, in cavity walls, 1/3 of
the thickness of the leaf;
b. horizontal chases should not be deeper than
1/6 of the thickness of the leaf of the wall;

c. chases should not be so positioned as to
impair the stability of the wall, particularly
where hollow blocks are used

I've come back to find a huge section of horizontal brick work removed.

From what I think I see in that photo, the only thing support that internal leaf of the wall, will be luck, and wall-ties. It is wrong, very wrong, and now needs to be properly repaired.
