I picked up the tip about monthly board meeting entertainments expenses from yourself (I think) several months ago on this forum, and my wife and I have been having monthly board meetings in nice restaurants ever since, so thanks for that.

ah an dont forget you can claim for subsistence if you are working on site, so weve had lots of nice ice creams this summer on the taxman, all for the sake of asking the newsagent for a reciept!

Pension conributions (Bor-ing) are cheaper if paid by the company, since you save employer's NI (since they are not part of salary).
