OK, tried your "boiler... " heading (can't see a menu so had to type it in manually). Saffron Walden throws up four chaps, none showing as OFTEC. As far as boilers go, they could be chicken breeders.

Widening to Uttlesford shows more, but most of them plumbers. Tried "Central Heating Services - domestic" (a link), still can't see any OFTECs.

You have to use IE, nothing else will do since yell decided to use it's gadgets to do the display and interlinking of the categories to give consumers more choice. So much choice you can't make a decision.

I tried it, and I get four suppliers in the main part of the page and a couple on the right hand side "wider location results" One has an oftec no. but is a little way from you. I will look up some of the others to see if they are registered. (Grroooaaaannnn, what I do for people )

Right, I've looked up oftec for CB10 and CB11, and you're correct, none of the four are registered. So you could look up the oftec site or pick the one from the right hand column I suppose

You're a sarcastic old dos. The reason I complained about having to type it in was that "Boiler cleaning/servicing" is not an expression one would ask for naturally. I would expect such a precise term to appear in a pull-down menu, but there was none. So it's a criticism of the software, not laziness on my part.
