Who wants to know what, the Government ? These get filled in every 10 years and the Government are still as thick as mince and know **** all.How will anyone know anything if no one filled it out?

Alternatively you can refuse to provide any information...You can phone the 0800 for help, or to request a paper form. Even if you are illiterate, blind or etc. I dare say they can have someone visit and fill in the form for you.
So how do you get the form to fill in ? Not had anything sent to me yet.
