I didn't realise that the 'new' photocard licences are only valid for 10 years, and it's 10 years since they were introduced. Suppose it makes sense, same as passports, although I only look slightly younger on mine

Apparently 300,000 licences are due to expire in the next 12 months so don't get caught out.

I'll apply for my photo licence as soon as they take that weird blue square with a circle of stars off it. Perhaps they could fill the empty space with the Union Flag?

I'll eventually have to cave and get the photocard, my paper one is getting a bit tatty.
