Yes I've seen the damp in the neighbours house. I'm speaking to a building inspector friend today and I'm enquiring with my bank to arange to see the deeds.

Seen the EHO, he recons we are responsible for the leading to the neighbours ( Landlords roof)side because the chimney serves us alone and anything to do with the chimney is our responsibility??

Describe the type of damp - is it condensation? If so, how are you going to fix it?

The EHO recons he saw in the attic and it was soaking. since the EHO has been there the lead and soakers have been done by the landlord but he claims its still leaking? damp on landing and bedroom ceiling
