How do you feel about creating a separate 'discussion' (or argument and name calling) sub-forum especially for Joe and his various noms de plume? He could debate important matters between his multiple personalities until the cows come home.
Anyone daft enough to keep him entertained could freely participate, whilst sensible members (in possession of a single identity) need not venture therein.
