I have the exact same problemNo amount of extra fixings will make a difference (assuming he has done the recommended 600mm fixing spacing when joining the frames).
This is due to the flex in the 3 separate frames and the aluminum couplers.

This would create a solid front for the doorframe to press against. On the inside, I may consider angle iron fixed up to the lintel across the width of the frame. This should prevent any play or movement?
