Cooker point

Just looking at the CU more closely and its going to have to be replaced, maximum load of 60A and it already has 3 30A fuses plus a 15A and a 5A aswell which is too much load already without adding a cooker point aswell. I dont know who did the wiring here but it seems to me the CU was never up to the job as its supplying a shop and a flat above and 60A does not seem enough, do you agree?

normal practice on domestic was/is to spec the CU to match the service fuse which historically was often 60A (they take a very long time to blow though except at extreme overload)

as a shop is involved you should definately get a pro in to replace the CU and check out the wiring
