Cost of meter move.

You will be in breach of your supply agreement.
Which part? This point has been raised before and my paper copy simply mentions access requirements, the dimensions implied it to be acceptable to be in the back of a cupboard.
This one for instance had a meter change in 2014 without any comments about location

yes it is in the rear of a kitchen unit with no back which had been cut out to fit around the CU to the right. Meter fitter also added new tails and the earth clamp and wire to the block adjacent to the CU and upgraded fuse from 40 to 80A.

Hmmm. I would have thought that, in the UK (at least 'mainland UK' - i.e. GB), it's only a pretty small ;proportion of meters which are not in some sort of 'cupboard'. Is it your view that they are all "in breach of the supply agreement"?
You well know that we're talking about kitchen presses here.

I assume you are referring to where the clothes are ironed smooth then, or are you thinking about a fruit press or an area where the printing takes place?

It must be best part of a century since people in GB last called them 'presses' ;)

However, the question you were asked, and to which you replied "Yes" was about 'meters in cupboards', not any specific type of cupboard in any particular location.
