Is there any websites where you can name and shame the cowboys and name the good uns!. Can a forum be set up or is it illegal

Not that I am aware of, I can imagine it would probably be on thin ice with the legal side of things. You can of course post photographs on here in the appropriate forum showing the workmanship without naming them for us to see

According to my late uncle back in the bad old days of the 1950' when shoddy workers were around

Cowboy electricians and gas fitters changed customers to indians or was it " put customers in thee urn " that he said.

Whats the point in showing photos of shoddy workmanship, if the name of the worker is not also published?

There can be no legal issues with posting the photo and the name, provided that the work has been paid for; ie it is now the property of the householder.

Theres a fair amount of them out there who ave work done with no intention of paying or paying the agreed price.

Diffuclt to prove in a court but if someone has work done and it can be proven they do not have te means to pay then can be done for something like 'obtaining goods and services'
