Cracks after skimming

Around 5 weeks ago l had the living room walls skimmed. I noticed though this small area that l understand is called crazy cracking.
Is there a way l can resolve this myself without calling the plasterer in again?

Dried a bit quick from suction.
Just paint over as may disappear.
If that don't work fill over.
