Current carrying capacities

Can someone please explain current carrying capacities on T+E cable please, I don;t know much about it, when I really should!

Have a look at tables 4D5A in the brown book, the tabulated CCC values are in there. Apply the correction factors to the current setting of your protective device and select the next bigger cable size.
