Damp cold patchs

well im after some advice, ive not long put a new roof on my house ,
for some strange reason i have just got what looks like and feels cold damp patches just in the corner of one room that is the outside corner wall as i live in a semi detached.

ive looked up in the attic and its bone dry so not leakin from roof plus checked gutter ok also . so im putting it down to heat from inside hitting the cold wall from outside maybe down to poor if any insulation in the caverty wall.

could anyone confirm this or maybe tell whats causing it and a fix

Did you have any rain getting in while the roof was off?

i did but at the time i had the underfelt on already and most of the tiles , this was over 2 months ago and since then this problem hadnt arised so its only just come on since the weather has got colder

If rain got in the walls could take several months to dry completely meanwhile you get extra condensation in the damp areas as it will be particulary cold.
You could remove any wallcovering in the arae to allow it to dry and decorate later, may well take a few more months to dry.

Just a thought, do you have cavity wall insulation? If rockwool CWI gets wet, it loses its insulation. This might cause condensation.
