Just had word from the estate agents about the so called FREE report and the conman has said that I allegedly need £1200 worth of damp work doing, what a surprise!!. After the recent dry spell my damp meter doesn't register a reading and as I followed the conman around I noticed his meter didn't seem to be registering anything either but he did have a meter that I believe uses ultrasonics to detect the damp rather than probes. I even said to the guy as he left ''is there anything to worry about'' and he replied '' only slight damp,but nothing worth worrying about''.
