I read about this in a newspaper in the week, and actually didnt believe this practise took place. :eek:
Video's of the diners eating the 'dish' are on youtube but I wish not to post a link as it really is heartbreaking viewing.

Serves me right for morbid curiosity :cry:

I am simply disturbed by it. :eek: I could not post a link to what I viewed, as I was disgusted by it. I wish I had not seen it, but I was stupid enough to look. :oops:

A nation who held the olympics and are in the 'new world'.

If China are at the forefront, I wish to be no part of it. :evil:

I don't like what China do to animals, it's very sickening, they have no feeling whatsoever
 
Just a different culture with different values, I don't think the way some of us in Blighty treat our fellow humans is any better. We're hardly a glowing example.
 
What about lobster they are put in the pot alive are they not,so some parts of our society are no different,doesn't make it right though.

Have you seen it on youtube? A live Carp looking at you while you devour its flesh?

A live carp deep fried with a towel over its head to keep it breathing. For you to eat it still alive.

I agree with you, stick the whole fish in the pot and kill it. You have missed the point.

They do not put a value on an animals right to a painless death that is the difference, they think it is perfectly acceptable, hardly makes them barbarians.

Yet you'll all happily sit there and enjoy watching a 'celeb' eat a live cockroach or whatever, I suppose they're too dumb to feel pain though so its alright. :rolleyes:

No I don't watch the tripe,and as for being dumb nothing wrong with my voice box,and also spend time on a web forum along with you,so as dumb or stupid as your good self :LOL:

Do you assume Im happy to watch a celeb eat a live cockroach?

You have missed the point entirely, and obviously you happy to eat animals that are alive.
