GSM, while I totally understand your POV, and support it, I disagree with this sentence. I have seen worse, to bigger animals. Including dogs, cats etc. Skinning alive etc. IMO the bigger the animal, the bigger the crime, but there is no excuse for it regardless of the size.

I can only display my disgust fot what Ive seen. Personally, I have not seen worse and after viewing that. Its just my opinion on it.

Who is watching it for entertainment? People have wtached it out of curiosity. If it was for entertainment, I would go back and watch it again. I have no intentions of doing so!

And yes I chose to watch that video out of curiosity. But I wish I hadnt.
I don't like to see any suffering i've seen enough this week in a couple of newsreel VT's to last me a lifetime involving two little children in different countries one a warzone where a small boy was being sold by his father to a couple and another with backdated religious beliefs and accusations of witchcraft, the reactions of both children will haunt me for life and I ended up blubbering with tears rolling down my cheeks with a feeling of absolute helplessness, not sure if they'll be shown or not as they were so harrowing but its something i'll never forget.

I have often thought about this and I can never make it make sense. Inflicting cruelty on a small dog is less wrong than a large dog? Or a small human compared to a large human?
This leads me more to think about motive... accidently step on a spider or accidently run down a deer - same crime. Kill a spider for sport or a deer for sport same crime. Shoot rats for sport or humans for sport?
