There was some journalist talking on the radio about how he went to the dept of health a while back to interview the than minister Jeremy hunt

Whilst there he had to go to the bathroom for a sit down

Whilst sitting down he noted some graffiti on the door at eye level it said

“ this dept employs 2000 people and at this moment in time you are the only one here who knows what they are doing “
