Yes, but there also the fact that Race is almost entirely a conceptual thing. There are different races because we say there are and where we draw various lines is entirely arbitrary.

Gentiles, and Jews, have drawn that line quite firmly for 2,000 plus years for the Jewish people. It's just the way it is.
