Do people know about YouTube?

People keep mentioning stuff I watch but have forgotten!

Like Charlie (Veitch) and Ben (Bald).

Depending on how often you watch, you can subscribe to channels (costs nothing) and that way when you log in, you'll see their latest content.

Just a couple of my favorites, mostly just for giggles after a stressful day

For entertainment value only:

VanossGaming - very popular gaming YouTuber.

LetsGameItOut - a gaming channel that tries it's hardest to break every game in the most entertaining ways.

AirForceProud95 - funny flightsim moments

Auto Shenanigans - interesting tales from our road network!

Paul and Rebecca Whitewick - exploring lost railways, Roman roads etc.

How Ridiculous

Scambaiting:
Jim browning
Kitboga

Electronics:
BigCliveDotCom
EEVBlog
PhotonicInduction
ElectroBOOM

Yeah, I have subscribed to all that lot, but have not been near the PC to look at the list...

If you watch certain types of programmes often enough the channels are fed onto the latest selections so you don't have to search for them. Whenever Steven Colbert presents another Late Show from the Ed Sullivan Theatre in NYC it'll appear on my list. Now it's NFL season, same goes.
Come to think of it, i barely watch anything on earth-tv anymore.
The times, they are a-changed.

Yeah, we're all different and I'm not knocking mainstream telly. However I've never been one for most cop dramas, actually most of what mainstream telly pumps out. So for me, being able to watch a guy fit a dry verge one minute then a guy secretly train surf around Croatia the next is great. With some 'catch, cook and eat' content between just for good measure :)

For obvious reasons, mainstream media can't compete with the variety, the quality of which is getting ever better.

The Internet and social media is the mainstream media nowadays.

Is that Shiey doing the trainsurfing? Found him by accident a couple of years ago. Typical teenage/young lad, swears all the time cos it makes you cool, I was the same
And there was stobe the hobo, seemed a really nice guy, sadly got killed train surfing/freight hopping.
Youtube rabbit holes!!

I love it when you click on people's usernames and look at the public videos they have, you find the most random stuff. Even better if it is a video with like 50 views total, it's like looking in to someone else's life.

Also videos in foreign languages, you've not got a clue what they're saying, but watching what goes on in far flung country can be fascinating

I listen to youtube mostly at work. And at home. I don't watch much TV.
I have youtube premium.
On Russia
Joe blogs, is brilliant.
I also like to listen to sky news.
Comedy greats from the past
Rock concerts
Reviews on tools.
Lots of people reviewing takeaways from UK and enjoying them.
Can't wait to listen to what the Russian bloggers will say on what's happening inside Russia on youtube tomorrow. See they have uploaded already.

What's your favourite channels on YT?

Have to agree with what others have said. Spend a lot of time watching Youtube (& Porn Hub ;) ) - but still a few worthwhile programmes on tv.
