I’ve often woken up in the middle of the night for a nibble.

Nope. Never.
Barely make it to the toilet and back these days as I'm like the walking dead..
Two things I've never done at night. Eat, or drop kids off at the pool.
Maybe it's an age thing?

If I can be arrissed to roll over, I'll take a swig from my Bianchi water bottle - topped up with Council Spring - if I wake.

Once in a blue moon, a cuppa.
But never before 5am.

Most nights I get up around 2-3 o'clock after falling asleep about midnight, go down for a coffee and a snack, do a crossword then toddle off back to bed and sleep until about 7.00am Being on steroids, and a fistful of other medications, doesn't help either.
