You have my sympathy.Most nights I get up around 2-3 o'clock after falling asleep about midnight, go down for a coffee and a snack, do a crossword then toddle off back to bed and sleep until about 7.00am Being on steroids, and a fistful of other medications, doesn't help either.
I have manifold conditions and take heaps of medication every day. It doesn't make for a good night's sleep.
