Doctors. On BBC one now. Surgery always empty, people can just walk in and see a doctor immediately, doctors making swift home visits, receptionists twiddling their thumbs. Bloke just broke his ankle, went to Hospital, all sorted and in plaster in 10 minutes. Wonderful health service!

Must be a repeat from years ago.
