The idea that we could hit Russia substantially quicker from Ukraine than we could from Germany or a handful of other friendly nations is just nonsensical. Like it would make a difference anyway in a global nuclear war.

Same goes for the threat of conventional warfare against Russia, like any nation on earth has the slightest notion of attacking the country with largest nuclear arsenal in the world.

The justifications so far are just pitiful and it's incredible how many people in the west are buying it and repeating them.

The De-Nazification one is a good example of this... the new tactic seems to be asking the question "what other reason does Russia have for targeting Ukraine, other than De-Nazification?"

It's a weird phenomena because it seems to be prevalent on both the further Right and Left, the commonality appears to be people with generally "anti-establishment" views. The Left side are typically anti-Western and the Right are typically "anti-mass media, anti-normie-narrative"...

These people are bigger threat to us than we give it credit I reckon.
