...and he's resigned.

I keep hearing mentions on the news of "bullying", but without any actual information.

The allegations against him sound pretty feeble to me though.

He definitely didn't punch anyone in the face, the evidence seems to be that he criticised someone's work more than necessary. It sounds to me like those working for him were very willing to be victims and are probably lefty snowflakes with a hidden agenda.

Worst I heard was Raab tearing somebody's work up because he said it was so poor.

I remember handing something back to a project manager and telling HIM to tear it up. I was being nice, innit, giving him the chance to do it again.
I'd rather have a boss like that than the sort who tell people what they want to hear right up to the point where they sack them.

Them civil servants

Bunch of mamby pamby fruit cakes imo

They need to toughen up

Years ago I offered to be a witness in what I considered to be bullying at a training centre

Bloke did not want to pursue it

I made it clear to several people that if the said bloke pulls that
S*** with me he will be asked to step out side to have a conversation

Rarb has the cheek to describe people’s work as utterly useless and woeful given his record as foreign secretary when karbull was taken back. He was on holiday iirc. And he’ll be out by the next election with his small majority. Another mp fixated on 15 minutes of fame.

My guess is we won’t see the report

Blup

Demanding high standards, to be met on time is no crime and It's not bullying. Talking to workers (whose code of conduct precludes them responding in kind) like they are sh1t on your shoe is unacceptable. There is zero evidence the CS involved were lazy, slow or incompetent*.

A cursory glance over the government's performance in the last 13 years however...

Swella next.

There is however evidence that there was a clique of CS activists who were determined to bring Raab down and block the work of Government if they disagreed with the policies.

No chance

The Tory govt doesn’t do any work.

Hardly, the Whitehall press officer behind the 'tomato throwing story' was himself being investigated for spreading misinformation. Tolley also dismisses many of the claims regarding shouting and swearing at individuals.
