Pretty patell apologised and stayed in the role, Rab resigns on the basis he has done nothing wrong. Its as if the PR is more important than the investigation findings. CS attendees took offence to his 'thumping the table' and calling out some of their output as 'woeful' or 'useless'. Bullying?

To be fair to the KC the report is balanced and measured. Even the two complaints upheld (out of dozens, potentially hundreds), he holds back from saying it breaches parliamentary code, leaving that decision to Sunak, who funnily enough, also wouldn't go as far as to say that.
