Unless we are reading different things, I'm not sure that says what you are trying to suggest it does.

Why not highlight and paste here to prove your point and remove any doubt we are reading the same thing

Read it again, slowly. You may find moving your lips as you read helps.

Stop for just one moment, and think, really really hard.

Why do you think nobody resigned and pursued a constructive dismissal case?
Stop for one moment and think really really hard, why has rarb resigned when he says he did nothing wrong. Pretty patell apologised and stayed in the role, Rab resigns on the basis he has done nothing wrong. Its as if the PR is more important than the investigation findings. My guess is that permanent secretaries threatened to resign and rishy had to act. The tory PR machine is saying well he resigned but really he did nothing wrong

Blup

The report highlights Rabb always ensured he was fully up to speed on subject matters before attending meetings with CS, and was regularly frustrated when they would just waffle on, rather than answer his direct questions. CS attendees took offence to his 'thumping the table' and calling out some of their output as 'woeful' or 'useless'. Bullying?

To be fair to the KC the report is balanced and measured. Even the two complaints upheld (out of dozens, potentially hundreds), he holds back from saying it breaches parliamentary code, leaving that decision to Sunak, who funnily enough, also wouldn't go as far as to say that.

Erm, because he said he would if any of the complaints were upheld.

Again, why have no civil servants resigned and claimed unfair dismissal?

Activist civil servants cut across the
Political divide

Read the Tony Benn diaries

He was thwarted by civil servants who disagreed with his policies

Afaik he was accused of being a bully

To many of these name less pencil pushers and paper shufflers have to much clout in the UK

Had labour under Corbyn won the election he would have faced activist civil servants ( big time)
