there should be identifying numbers on the devices fitted to it

There might be a sticker on the inside of the door which will have codes and stuff on. We should be able to get the model from that.

Also a photo will be fine, as someone will recognise it.

That sort of age will probably mean QOE, do the existing ones look like this? clicky?
