No some one called Trautmen i think, about 1965, i was 6. He must have been the only old bloke in Britain with long white hair in those days.

Then there was a dark haired bloke with a basin hair cut, he got forgotton about aswell.

I fancy the original was William Hartnell, the second Patrick Troughton...if memory serves me. memory from the follow up program on BBC3 this evening, that is. Neither was a curly blond. Might have been john pertwee next. He might have been a grey again, though curly.
