Dr who, did you see it

So what's the consensus on the second episode? good, bad? Still has a pacy feel about it, it's different than the old series but i think it is holding it's own. Some of the younger people i work with havn't seen the programme before so judge it by this series and the feeling is it is Cr*p but i believe they are judging it by the eccentric content which the older viewer will be used to and accept in this context.

Wonderfull balance of tension, drama and spoof. Very reminiscent of the star trek films. Noticed the music has been speeded up a bit. Modern life?

I think its really very good and I didn't want to, I don't know why everyone goes on about the piper girl though I think she, s abit weird looking, she seems to have too many teeth!!! but her bad acting is ideal for the show, I don't like the choice of character for the next doctor, I think someone older would be good. I had someone in mind but I've forgotten who it was!! effects of old age.

How could anyone believe such a thing could possibly happen?

Didn't like the way they used CGI for those Slitheen things when seen running from the side, which looked completely different to when you saw them in 'man in a rubber suit' mode.....

Also, like the way that the Massive Weapons of Destruction could be deployed at 45 seconds notice....

Obviously the whole idea of our own dear prime minister being influenced by anyone whose family business is making a fast buck from selling natural resources like oil is ridiculous.
