Drivers who come up behind me when Im in the RH lane, travelling at the posted speed limit (plus a small margin for error ), and think that I should have to slow down to move into the traffic to my left so that they can go even faster.
It's the growing trend of drivers in the Left hand lane on Round-a-bouts turning right (say third exit or more). Not only frustrating but also dangerous. Where has that come from?
As ever, it is a case of "it depends". If the traffic is such that everyone is having to stop and give way, and I can see that the vehicle to my right is going to be considerably slower than me, Ill use the left or middle lane knowing that I'll be able to pull out and move across to the right with no drama, no "cutting up"...
Its not pointless - old car regnumbers can be v.useful as passwords, or parts thereof, as you can write down a reminder that works for you but means B.A. to anybody else.
